説明： この緑茶は、クリーンで爽やかな味わいと、繊細で長く続く青草のような香り、そしてほのかなスモーキーな余韻が特徴で、バランスの取れた緑茶です。この伝統的な中国緑茶は、アーティチョーク、蒸し野菜、柑橘類、ローストナッツを思わせる青草のような香りが、一口ごとに層を成して広がります。ほのかなスモークの香りがフィニッシュに現れます。
雲に囲まれ、霧に覆われた高地の山々で栽培され、春に柔らかい茶葉の芽が摘み取られます。霧茶（ユンウー）としても知られるこの緑茶は、雲と霧に包まれた人里離れた山々で育った茶樹から生産されています。
原材料： 中国の高地で栽培された有機緑茶
淹れ方：茶葉大さじ1杯（山盛り）を8オンス（約240ml）の沸騰直前のお湯（175°F / 約80°C）で2〜3分蒸らします。
Steeped a second cup and it stayed clean and crisp without turning bitter, which is rare for a green tea in my experience. That vegetal note is bright and fresh, almost like a spring garden in the mug.
The smoky finish caught me off guard in the best way—it lingers just enough to make each sip feel complete, while the vegetal notes stay clean and bright. I brewed it a touch cooler than usual and the crispness really came through. Already thinking about my next bag.
This is my second order and the vegetal notes are so clean and bright, it’s like a fresh spring morning in a cup. The crisp finish keeps me coming back for another steep, and it brews up a lovely pale green every time. Definitely my new go-to for a calm afternoon break.
