Descrizione: Uno dei tè verdi più famosi della Cina, il Dragonwell è conosciuto anche come Lung Ching o Long Jing. Un tè verde eccezionale, saporito, aromatico e morbido. Note di burro, frutta secca e vegetali. 

Per creare questo tè artigianale, le foglie di tè vengono appiattite a mano in una padella calda. Questa tecnica di tostatura in padella conferisce alla foglia la sua leggendaria forma piatta e dona al tè il suo aroma tostato con un gusto burroso e note nocciolate. 

Un tè davvero eccezionale, perfezionato dai maestri del tè cinesi nel corso di molti secoli. Questo tè tradizionale è prodotto a Hangzhou, nella provincia dello Zhejiang, in Cina.

Ingredienti: tè verde biologico dalla provincia dello Zhejiang, Cina

Istruzioni di infusione: infondere 1 cucchiaino colmo di tè per 240 ml di acqua appena sotto l'ebollizione, a 80°C, per 2-3 minuti
