Descrizione:  Il gusto pulito e fresco di questo tè, con le sue delicate note vegetali persistenti e un sottile finale affumicato, lo rende un tè verde equilibrato. Questo tradizionale tè verde cinese presenta note vegetali di carciofo, verdure al vapore, agrumi e noci tostate che si intrecciano in ogni sorso. Una sottile nota affumicata emerge al finale. 

Coltivato su montagne ad alta quota avvolte da nuvole e nebbia, questo tè verde viene raccolto in primavera dalle tenere gemme della pianta. Conosciuto anche come Fog Tea o Yunwu, questo tè verde è prodotto da piante di tè che crescono su montagne remote avvolte da nuvole e nebbia. 

Ingredienti: tè verde biologico coltivato ad alta quota in Cina

Istruzioni di infusione: infondere 1 cucchiaino colmo di tè per 240 ml in acqua appena sotto il bollore, a 80°C, per 2-3 minuti
