Description : Un thé vert audacieux aux notes végétales et noisette, avec une finale subtilement fumée. Un excellent choix pour ceux qui apprécient une tasse de thé vert bien corsée.

Le Gunpowder est un thé chinois traditionnel également connu sous le nom de Gunpowder Temple of Heaven ou Gunpowder Pinhead. Son nom provient de l'apparence en petites billes des feuilles de thé roulées.

Pour élaborer ce thé, de jeunes feuilles tendres sont cuites à la vapeur puis roulées en boules serrées. Ce gunpowder particulier est le grade le plus élevé disponible, issu du célèbre Triangle du Thé Vert de la province d'Anhui en Chine.

Veillez à infuser ce thé avec le temps et la température appropriés. Il peut devenir amer s'il est infusé trop longtemps ou avec une eau trop chaude.

Temps d'infusion :

infuser 1 cuillère à café bombée de thé pour 240 ml d'eau en dessous du point d'ébullition, à 80 °C, pendant 2 à 3 minutes
