Description :  Le goût propre et vif de ce thé, avec ses délicates notes végétales persistantes et une subtile finale fumée, en fait un thé vert bien équilibré. Ce thé vert chinois traditionnel offre des notes végétales d'artichaut, de légumes verts cuits à la vapeur, d'agrumes et de noix grillées qui se superposent à chaque gorgée. Une subtile note fumée apparaît en finale. 

Cultivé sur de hautes montagnes enveloppées de nuages et couvertes de brume, ce thé vert est récolté au printemps à partir de tendres bourgeons de thé. Également connu sous le nom de thé des brumes ou Yunwu, ce thé vert est produit à partir de plants de thé cultivés sur des montagnes isolées, enveloppées de nuages et de brume. 

Ingrédients : thé vert biologique cultivé à haute altitude en Chine

Instructions d'infusion : infuser 1 cuillère à café bombée de thé pour 240 ml d'eau en dessous du point d'ébullition, à 80 °C, pendant 2 à 3 minutes
