Este té se elabora en China siguiendo el estilo japonés de vaporizar la hoja, en lugar del método chino típico de saltear la hoja en sartén. El resultado es un té verde vegetal con una dulce terrosidad herbácea y un final limpio, sin notas ahumadas ni tostadas.

Tiempo de infusión:

infusionar 1 cucharadita colmada de té por cada 240 ml de agua justo debajo del punto de ebullición, a 175°F, durante 2-3 minutos
