品飲筆記： 礦物質豐富，帶有果香與土壤氣息

這款Makaibari二摘（夏季採收）大吉嶺紅茶，帶有宜人的收斂感與礦物質豐富的森林底層氣息。中等醇厚的紅茶，尾韻帶有新鮮青草、麝香葡萄、檸檬、麝香與杏桃的香氣。一款均衡細緻、令人滿足且著迷的茶品，是我們最喜愛的午後紅茶之一。

沖泡方式： 每8盎司沸水（205-212°F）加入1滿茶匙茶葉，浸泡3-5分鐘
The mineral edge comes through so clearly on the second steep, and the earthiness lingers in a way that feels almost smoky. I’ve had pricier Darjeelings that didn’t taste half this complex, and knowing it’s from an estate that’s been organic since 1859 makes each cup feel a little special.
I was skeptical about fruit notes in a black tea, but the earthiness here is so balanced with the mineral finish that it tastes almost like a fine wine. Brewed it at 3 minutes and got a rich, dark cup that kept me coming back for more.
The mineral note really comes through on the finish, and the fruitiness balances it beautifully without any bitterness. I’ve had a lot of Darjeelings, but this is the first one where I actually taste the "earth" the description promised—it’s smooth enough for a second steep too.
