Descrição:  O sabor limpo e fresco deste chá, com as suas delicadas notas vegetais persistentes e um final subtilmente fumado, faz dele um chá verde bem equilibrado. Este chá verde tradicional chinês apresenta notas vegetais de alcachofra, vegetais cozidos a vapor, citrinos e frutos secos torrados, em camadas ao longo de cada gole. Uma nota subtil de fumo surge no final. 

Cultivado em montanhas de alta altitude, rodeadas de nuvens e cobertas de nevoeiro, este chá verde é colhido na primavera a partir de botões tenros. Também conhecido como Chá de Nevoeiro ou Yunwu, este chá verde é produzido a partir de plantas de chá cultivadas em montanhas remotas, envoltas em nuvens e nevoeiro. 

Ingredientes: chá verde biológico cultivado em alta altitude na China

Instruções de Infusão: infundir 1 colher de chá cheia de chá por 240 ml em água abaixo do ponto de ebulição, a 175°F, durante 2-3 minutos
