O Chá Bi Luo Chun, também conhecido como Pi Lo Chun, é traduzido como 'Primavera do Caracol Verde'.  É nomeado e conhecido pela sua aparência enrolada, semelhante a um caracol. Este chá é feito à mão em Jiangsu, China. É produzido a partir da colheita da primeira rebentação primaveril de uma única folha de chá ligada a um botão fechado. O Bi Luo Chun é um dos dez chás mais famosos da China, com uma história de mais de mil anos.

Ingredientes: chá verde biológico da província de Jiangsu, China. Também conhecido como Primavera do Caracol Verde.

Instruções de Infusão: infundir 1 colher de chá cheia de chá por 240 ml de água abaixo do ponto de ebulição, a 175°F, durante 2-3 minutos
