유기농 마오펑

I’ve been brewing this every afternoon since it arrived, and the artichoke note is surprisingly true to the description—it comes through fresh and clean on the first cup. The body stays light even after a few infusions, which makes it easy to sip while working.

The first steep hit exactly as described — that artichoke and asparagus note is unmistakable but not at all bitter, and the nutty finish lingers just enough. I brewed a second cup at a slightly lower temp and the floral side came through more, which was a nice surprise. Definitely my new afternoon g

The dry leaves smell sweet and a little nutty, but it’s the second steep where those soft floral notes really come through. I brew mine around 175°F and it stays smooth, never bitter, with that fresh artichoke edge I keep craving.
