碧螺春茶，又稱 Pi Lo Chun，其名稱意為「綠螺春」。它因捲曲如螺的外觀而得名。此茶在中國江蘇省以手工製作，採摘自春季最早萌發的單一茶葉連同未展開的嫩芽。碧螺春是中國十大名茶之一，擁有超過千年的歷史。
成分：來自中國江蘇省的有機綠茶，又稱綠螺春。
沖泡方式： 每 8 盎司水使用 1 平茶匙茶葉，水溫低於沸點（175°F），浸泡 2-3 分鐘。
I’ve been steeping this with water just under boiling for about two minutes, and the broth comes out silky with that earthy, smooth finish the description promises. The handcrafted leaves unfurl beautifully, and there’s none of the bitterness I usually get from cheaper greens.
The vegetal aroma hits you right as the water touches the leaves, and the taste stays smooth all the way down. Brewed it three times and each cup kept that earthy sweetness without turning bitter.
The shape of the leaves looks exactly like tiny snail spirals, and the liquor stays smooth and vegetal from first steep to the third. I'm surprised how earthy it gets without turning bitter, even when I accidentally left it brewing a bit too long.
