Beschrijving: Een stevige zwarte thee met een diepe, zachte smaak, een volle body en een moutige zoetheid in de afdronk. Een rond mondgevoel en een dikke, stevige body maken dit onze meest volle ontbijtthee. Irish Breakfast Tea is de ideale begeleider van een ochtendmaaltijd.

Deze robuuste thee is een blend van BOP (broken orange pekoe) Indiase en Keniaanse theeën. De combinatie van deze twee sterke theeën zorgt voor een stevige thee die sterk genoeg is om te combineren met volle melk, room en suiker. De kleine bladeren in deze blend zorgen voor een groter bladoppervlak, wat resulteert in een diepe en sterke infusie.

Vergeleken met English en Scottish heeft Irish Breakfast een ronder mondgevoel en een dikke, stevige body. Het is tegelijkertijd rijk en zacht. English Breakfast heeft een lichtere body met een soepele, gebalanceerde smaak. Scottish Breakfast onderscheidt zich door zijn robuuste en hartige tonen van turf, aarde en eikenhout. Als we alle drie onze ontbijtblends vergelijken, raden we Irish aan als de thee die je zeker met melk combineert.

Ingrediënten: blend van zwarte theeën uit India en Kenia in BOP (broken orange pekoe) bladvorm

Zetinstructies: zet 1 afgestreken theelepel thee per 240 ml kokend water, 96-100°C, gedurende 3-4 minuten
