Brewed a cup on a cold afternoon and the lemon hit first, then that earthy green tea base settled in underneath. I like that it's organic and the ginger stays soft instead of spicy. Already halfway through the tin.
The ginger is nicely restrained here, more of a warm background hum than a kick, which I prefer in the mornings. I do wish the lemon hit a little brighter on the first steep, but it's a smooth, earthy cup that doesn't turn bitter if I forget about it for a minute.
The lemon comes through fine but the ginger is barely there, more of a whisper than a note. It's a decent earthy green tea for the afternoon, though I wish the botanicals were stronger for the price.
