Descrição: Um Darjeeling Second Flush requintadamente elaborado, de corpo médio, com agradável adstringência e as muito procuradas notas de uva moscatel. Um chá deliciosamente suave com notas de cedro, ameixa, canela e laranja amarga. Um final floral subtil e doce completa as notas de prova. Um chá Darjeeling bem equilibrado e cativante. 

Este chá é cultivado na Singbulli Estate, uma plantação de chá localizada a 4.000 pés de altitude no Vale de Mirik, em Darjeeling. Fundada nos anos 1920 por plantadores de chá britânicos, esta propriedade é agora detida por uma empresa indiana de chá. Construíram uma excelente reputação pela produção de chás de folha grande de alta qualidade, orgânicos e de comércio justo.

Ingredientes: chá preto orgânico Darjeeling Second Flush (colheita de verão) da Singbulli Estate, na Índia 

Instruções de infusão: infundir 1 colher de chá generosa de chá por 240 ml de água a ferver, 96-100°C, durante 3-5 minutos
