Beschrijving: Een voortreffelijk vervaardigde Darjeeling Second Flush die medium-bodied is met een aangename bitterheid en de zeer gewilde muscateldruivennoten. Een heerlijk zachte thee met noten van ceder, pruim, kaneel en bittere sinaasappel. Een subtiele bloemige zoete afdronk rondt de proefnotities af. Een goed uitgebalanceerde Darjeeling-thee die boeit. 

Deze thee wordt verbouwd op de Singbulli Estate, een theeplantage gelegen op 1.200 meter hoogte in de Mirikvallei in Darjeeling. Opgericht in de jaren 1920 door Britse theeplanters, is dit landgoed nu eigendom van een Indiaas thee bedrijf. Ze hebben een uitstekende reputatie opgebouwd voor het produceren van hoogwaardige grootbladige theeën die biologisch en fair trade zijn.

Ingrediënten: biologische Darjeeling Second Flush (zomeroogst) zwarte thee van de Singbulli Estate in India 

Zetinstructies: zet 1 afgestreken theelepel thee per 240 ml kokend water, 96-100°C, gedurende 3-5 minuten
