Beschrijving: Een bekroonde thee, verbouwd op de oudste biologische theeplantage in Darjeeling, India. De Makaibari-theeplantage werd opgericht in 1859. Deze theetuin staat wereldwijd bekend als de eerste theetuin die consequent biodynamische teelt toepaste.

Deze specifieke Makaibari Second Flush (zomeroogst) Darjeeling-thee is een aromatische zwarte thee met een aangename bitterheid en mineraalrijke bosgrondtonen. Een medium-bodied zwarte thee met aanhoudende tonen van vers gras, muskaatdruif, citroen, musk en abrikoos. Een fijn uitgebalanceerde thee die bevredigend en verleidelijk is. Een van onze favoriete middagzwarte theeën.

Ingrediënten: biologische Darjeeling Second Flush (zomeroogst) zwarte thee van de Makaibari Estate in India 

Zetinstructies: zet 1 afgestreken theelepel thee per 240 ml kokend water, 96-100°C, gedurende 3-5 minuten
