Steven ★★★★★

Steeped it for exactly three minutes and got that crisp, brisk bite I look for in a Ceylon—the roundness keeps it from feeling sharp, which is a nice balance. It's become my go-to for late mornings when I want something lighter than an Assam but still with some backbone.

The earthiness comes through exactly as described—it's round and balanced, not sharp like some Ceylons I've tried. Steeped for three minutes and it stayed crisp without turning bitter, which is my biggest test for a breakfast tea. This one's earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

Brewed this up this morning and the balance is just right—that earthy crispness comes through clean without any harsh bite. It's my new go-to for a brisk cup, and the light body makes it easy to drink black. Pleased with this one.
