Descrizione: Conosciuto anche come Drago Nero, questo eccezionale tè nero è lavorato a mano nella provincia dello Yunnan, in Cina. Un tè raro, complesso e delicato al palato, con un profilo gustativo equilibrato. Un tè nero vellutato con sottili note di legno, caramello, cioccolato e terra. Ottima scelta per chi ama il Golden Monkey Tea, lo Yunnan Gold Tea e i tè pu'er.

Questo tè è pensato per più infusioni: le perle si aprono gradualmente e rilasciano sapori diversi a ogni infusione. Quando le perle sono completamente aperte e si trasformano in foglie intere, di solito è il momento dell'ultima infusione.

Ingredienti: tè nero in perle proveniente dalla provincia dello Yunnan, in Cina

Istruzioni di infusione: lasciare in infusione 2-3 perle di tè in 240 ml di acqua bollente per 3-5 minuti.

Prova a fare più infusioni di questo tè riutilizzando le stesse perle più volte. Infondi ripetutamente aumentando i tempi, ad esempio: 1 minuto, 2 minuti, 3 minuti e 4 minuti. Continua finché le foglie arrotolate non si sono completamente aperte.
