Description : Un earl grey classique revisité. Un mélange de thé noir de Ceylan vif avec de la bergamote italienne mûrie au soleil, du romarin et de la lavande.

Dans ce mélange très aromatique, les notes de bergamote brillent tandis que le romarin et la lavande ajoutent une profondeur à plusieurs niveaux. La touche de romarin et de lavande offre une subtile note savoureuse. Un earl grey bien équilibré et doux.

Ce thé baigné de soleil est excellent seul et peut également se déguster avec du lait, du sucre ou du miel. Nous adorons ce thé en version glacée grâce à son goût vif et aromatique. Pour un rafraîchissement estival, préparez ce thé en version glacée et ajoutez de l'eau pétillante.

Ingrédients : thé noir, bergamote, romarin, lavande, pétales de rose

Instructions d'infusion : infuser 1 cuillère à café bombée de thé pour 8 oz d'eau bouillante, 205-212°F, pendant 3 à 4 minutes
