Notes de dégustation : un subtil earl grey à la crème douce

Description : Summer Grey est une version estivale douce et délicate de l'earl grey. Un thé earl grey lisse, semblable à un Lady Grey ou à un Afternoon Grey. Cette version légère de l'earl grey est plus subtile que notre Earl Grey Crème et notre French Grey.

Un mélange de thé noir de Ceylan vif, enveloppé de couches de bergamote italienne, de délicate vanille crémeuse et d'une touche d'écorce d'orange. Un thé noir polyvalent, excellent seul, délicieux avec du citron, et qui supporte le lait et les édulcorants.

Ce thé est parfait comme base d'un London Fog : infusez-le à triple concentration, ajoutez un trait de sirop de vanille et/ou de sirop de lavande, puis du lait vapeur.

Ingrédients : thé noir, bergamote, vanille, orange, bleuets

Instructions d'infusion : infuser 1 cuillère à café bombée de thé pour 8 oz d'eau bouillante, à 205-212°F, pendant 3 à 4 minutes

The cream note comes through right at the end, which makes it feel creamier than your usual earl grey, and the bergamot is light enough for hot afternoons. I do wish the flavor lingered a bit longer after the cup cools, but it's a nice change of pace for summer.
