Le résultat est un earl grey crémeux à la vanille, fort et aromatique, qui se marie bien avec le lait et le sucre.

Instructions d'infusion : infuser 1 cuillère à café bombée de thé pour 8 oz d'eau bouillante, 205-212°F, pendant 3 à 5 minutes
