Descripción: Un té negro suave que es una variante afrutada y floral del tradicional earl grey. Un té aromático cuyo sabor está inspirado en el estilo de los tés y salones de té de París. El nombre de este té está inspirado en el querido documental de 1975 Grey Gardens, rodado en East Hampton.

Un rico té negro se envuelve entre capas de grosellas afrutadas, naranja vibrante, bergamota intensa, rosa floral y un toque de vainilla. El resultado es una versión compleja del earl grey perfectamente equilibrada.

Esta lujosa variante del earl grey funciona bien solo o con crema y azúcar. Una opción encantadora para el té de la tarde y para acompañar con scones. Este té negro afrutado y floral también funciona muy bien como té helado.

Ingredientes: té negro, grosella, naranja, bergamota, vainilla, pétalos de rosa, acianos

Instrucciones de infusión: infusionar 1 cucharadita colmada de té por cada 240 ml de agua hirviendo, 205-212°F, durante 3-5 minutos
