Descripción: Un exquisito Darjeeling de segunda cosecha, de cuerpo medio, con una agradable astringencia y las codiciadas notas de uva moscatel. Un té suave y delicioso con notas de cedro, ciruela, canela y naranja amarga. Un sutil final floral y dulce completa las notas de cata. Un té Darjeeling equilibrado y cautivador. 

Este té se cultiva en la finca Singbulli, situada a 4.000 pies de altitud en el valle de Mirik, en Darjeeling. Fundada en la década de 1920 por plantadores de té británicos, esta finca pertenece ahora a una empresa india de té. Han forjado una excelente reputación por producir tés de hoja grande de alta calidad, orgánicos y de comercio justo.

Ingredientes: té negro orgánico Darjeeling de segunda cosecha (cosecha de verano) de la finca Singbulli en la India 

Instrucciones de infusión: infusionar 1 cucharadita colmada de té por cada 240 ml de agua hirviendo, 96-100 °C, durante 3-5 minutos
