Kem Earl Grey

Brewed a cup this afternoon and the bergamot hits first, then that creamy vanilla finish sneaks in and lingers nicely. It's sweet enough on its own that I didn't add anything, which is rare for me.

The vanilla and cream really round out the bergamot without drowning it—I've been sipping this every afternoon and it's become my cozy ritual. Even the second steep keeps that sweet, mellow depth I didn't expect from a twist on the classic.

The cream and vanilla really soften the usual bergamot bite, making this a cozy afternoon cup. It steeps up nicely and takes a splash of milk well for that dessert-like feel.
