This is one of our most fruity green teas. The mingling flavors of cherry, pineapple, and lemon remind us of the summertime treats of Italian ice and ice-pops. We recommend this tea both iced and hot. If you have a sweet-tooth, add a touch of simple syrup to draw out the fruity sweetness.

This bestselling tea is as bright and sunny as a summer day spent at the beach. We've created this tea in honor of Sailors Haven, one of our favorite beaches located on the Fire Island National Seashore, which are barrier reef islands off of Long Island, New York.

Ingredients: green tea, cherry, lemongrass, pineapple, safflower

Steep Time: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 175°F, for 3-4 minutes

The pineapple is the loudest note here, with the cherry and lemon playing backup—makes a seriously refreshing pitcher of iced tea. Brewed hot, it’s a bit more muted, but that’s my only gripe. Solid pick if you want a fruity green that doesn’t taste artificially sweet.

The cherry and pineapple come through nicely, and the lemon gives it just enough tartness to keep it refreshing. I wish the fruit flavor were a bit stronger after brewing, but as a cold brew it's been my perfect summer afternoon pick-me-up.
