Description:  Raspberry Leaf, also known as Red Raspberry Leaf, is an organic herbal tea that has been used for centuries for women's health.

This wellness tea is used to balance female hormones, stimulate fertility, stimulate childbirth, ease labor pains, ease transition through menopause, and relieve menstrual cramps.

This is a very finely cut but dense herb, we recommend you steep it with paper filters.

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
