Chamomile has been used for centuries to promote calmness and relaxation, relieve anxiety, and aid in digestion. This classic herbal tea is popular after a meal or before bed to aid in relaxation. We suggest adding some honey to complement the sweet apple notes.

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes

The dry smell really does hit you with that crisp apple note before it even touches water, which I wasn't expecting from a chamomile. Steeped for five minutes, the floral finish comes through smooth without any bitterness. This is the bag I reach for when I need to wind down at night.
