Bi Luo Chun Tea, also known as Pi Lo Chun, is translated to 'Green Snail Spring'.  It is named and known for its rolled snail-like appearance. This tea is crafted by hand in Jiangsu, China. It is produced from harvesting the earliest springtime plucking of a single tea leaf attached to an unopened bud. Bi Luo Chun is one of China’s ten most famous teas with a history of over a thousand years.

Ingredients: organic green tea from Jiangsu province China. Also known as Green Snail Spring.

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 175°F, for 2-3 minutes
