Ceylon zwarte thee, met zijn natuurlijke frisse citrustonen, is de perfecte basis voor scherpe en fruitige zwarte bessen. Voeg een vleugje zoetstof toe om de fruitige jamachtige tonen te versterken. Heerlijk warm en ijskoud.

Ingrediënten: zwarte thee, zwarte bes, zwarte bessenblad, aardbeienblad

Zetinstructies: zet 1 afgestreken theelepel thee per 240 ml kokend water, 96-100°C, gedurende 3-5 minuten
