描述： 夏日灰是一款柔和细腻的夏季版伯爵茶。这是一款顺滑的伯爵茶，类似于Lady Grey或Afternoon Grey。这款清淡版伯爵茶比我们的伯爵奶油和法式灰更为含蓄。
这款茶融合了锡兰红茶的清爽，包裹在意大利佛手柑、细腻的奶油香草和一丝橙皮之间。这是一款多用途的红茶，单独饮用极佳，搭配柠檬也很美味，还可以加牛奶和甜味剂。
这款茶非常适合作为伦敦雾的基础——冲泡三倍浓度，加入一份香草糖浆和/或薰衣草糖浆，以及蒸牛奶。

冲泡方法： 每8盎司沸水（205-212°F）加入1平茶匙茶叶，浸泡3-4分钟。
I grabbed two boxes because it's summer-only, and I'm already sad thinking about running out. The soft cream behind that subtle bergamot makes it feel lighter than a regular earl grey, perfect for hot afternoons.
The cream note really comes through without making it taste heavy, which is exactly what I wanted for hot afternoons. It's got that classic earl grey character but softer, almost like a lighter cup you can sip all day. I'm genuinely sad it's only around for summer.
The cream note comes through right at the end, which makes it feel creamier than your usual earl grey, and the bergamot is light enough for hot afternoons. I do wish the flavor lingered a bit longer after the cup cools, but it's a nice change of pace for summer.
