The dry leaves are such a beautiful wiry mix of black and gold, and they brew up into this really complex amber cup. That apricot note comes through just as the description says, with a smooth honey finish that lingers nicely.

Brewed a pot this morning and the honey note really comes through, with that earthy maltiness lingering nicely. The wiry leaves unfurl into a deep amber cup that's surprisingly smooth, no bitterness even after a few minutes.
