Le fruit de la passion acidulé ouvre la voie, accompagné d'ananas juteux et de mangue, tandis que les baies d'aronia apportent une touche agréablement acidulée, presque salivante. Léger et fruité, avec juste ce qu'il faut de piquant tropical et aucune amertume, ce thé vert se boit facilement et est particulièrement rafraîchissant glacé.

Ingrédients : thé vert, ananas, fruit de la passion, mangue, baies d'aronia, pétales de rose

Temps d'infusion : infuser 1 cuillère à café bombée de thé pour 8 oz d'eau en dessous du point d'ébullition, à 175°F, pendant 3 à 4 minutes
