Descripción: Summer Grey es una versión veraniega suave y delicada del earl grey. Un té earl grey suave, similar a un Lady Grey o Afternoon Grey. Esta versión ligera del earl grey es más sutil que nuestro Earl Grey Crème y French Grey.

Una mezcla de té negro de Ceilán vigorizante envuelto entre capas de bergamota italiana, delicada vainilla cremosa y un toque de piel de naranja. Un té negro versátil que es excelente por sí solo, delicioso con limón y que admite leche y edulcorante.

Este té es ideal como base de un London Fog: prepáralo al triple de concentración, añade un chorrito de sirope de vainilla y/o lavanda, y leche vaporizada.

Ingredientes: té negro, bergamota, vainilla, naranja, acianos

Instrucciones de infusión: infusiona 1 cucharadita colmada de té por cada 240 ml de agua hirviendo, 96-100 °C, durante 3-4 minutos
