The unbleached paper doesn't leave any weird taste in my oolong, which was my main worry. I drop one in my small teapot for a 3-cup brew and the leaves unfurl nicely without bits escaping.

These fit my 30 oz tumbler perfectly and the paper doesn't tear or leave bits in my tea like the cheap ones did. Nice that they're unbleached too, no weird papery taste in the cup.

I was a little skeptical about paper filters muting the tea's flavor, but these let my oolong steep fully and the leaves still expand nicely inside. The unbleached paper doesn't leave any papery taste, which was my main worry, and I like that they break down in my compost.
