Steeped a cup for four minutes and the smoothness really stands out, no bitterness at the tail end at all. It's refined enough to drink plain, which I didn't expect from a black tea blend.
The Chinese and Indian blend really comes through — malty at first, then that smooth refined finish I look for in a good black tea. Steeps beautifully without turning bitter if I let it go an extra minute.
I've tried a lot of black tea blends and this one actually earns the "refined" label—the Chinese and Indian leaves together give it a smoothness without any bitterness. Steeped it four minutes and it held up beautifully.
