The basket fits my 16 oz mug perfectly and the 18/8 steel hasn't stained or held onto flavors from my earl grey. Rinses clean in seconds, though I still toss it in the dishwasher.
I was worried about bits in my cup but the 18/8 mesh holds the leaves back while the tea still steeps through fine. It rinses clean in seconds and the whole thing goes in the dishwasher.
This little basket is the perfect size for my 12-ounce mug—no more fishing tea bags out with a spoon. The 18/8 stainless steel feels solid and rinsed clean in seconds, and it’s held up fine in the dishwasher after a week of daily use.
