Descrição: Summer Grey é uma versão de verão suave e delicada do earl grey. Um chá earl grey suave, semelhante a um Lady Grey ou Afternoon Grey. Esta versão leve do earl grey é mais subtil do que o nosso Earl Grey Crème e French Grey.

Uma mistura de chá preto do Ceilão vigoroso, envolvido entre camadas de bergamota italiana, baunilha cremosa delicada e um toque de casca de laranja. Um chá preto versátil, excelente por si só, adorável com limão e que aceita leite e adoçante.

Este chá é ótimo como base de um London Fog - prepare com tripla intensidade, adicione um shot de xarope de baunilha e/ou xarope de lavanda e leite vaporizado.

Ingredientes: chá preto, bergamota, baunilha, laranja, centáureas

Instruções de Infusão: infundir 1 colher de chá cheia de chá por 240 ml de água a ferver, 96-100°C, durante 3-4 minutos
