The sweet earthiness surprised me, but now I look forward to it every evening. It genuinely coats my throat when it's scratchy from winter dry air, and I don't even need honey.
Steeped a spoonful with a little honey the other night and the sweet earthiness was way better than I expected from a plain herbal tea. That viscous coating really does linger on the throat, which is exactly what I wanted for evening dryness.
My throat's been raw from talking all day at work, and this brew is genuinely soothing—that thick, viscous texture coats everything just like the description says. The sweet earthy flavor is surprisingly pleasant on its own, no honey needed. Already on my second box.
