Tasting Notes: smoky + woodsy

Description:  A classic black tea from Fujian Province China that is scented with smoke. To craft this tea, black tea leaves are dried over a pinewood fire. The smoke of the fire infuses the leaf with a robust smoky scent. The result is a bold tea that is rich and very smoky with warm woodsy notes. This multi-dimensional tea has a crisp and edgy finish that is clean with sweet pine notes. 

Ingredients: organic black tea scented with smoke

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-4 minutes
