このお茶は、ロングアイランドのノースフォークで夏の暑い季節にいちご狩りをした思い出を呼び起こすように作られました。ホットでもアイスでも楽しめる優れたお茶です。シンプルシロップやはちみつを少し加えると、いちごのジューシーな甘みが引き立ちます。
原材料： 緑茶、いちご、パパイヤ、バラの花びら、ベニバナ、マリーゴールド
抽出時間： 沸騰直前のお湯（175°F）8オンスにつき、茶葉大さじ1杯を3〜4分浸してください。
The strawberry comes through naturally sweet without turning syrupy, and the papaya adds just enough depth to keep it interesting. I steeped it a little longer than the instructions stated and it stayed smooth, no bitterness creeping in. This one's going into my regular afternoon rotation.
The papaya note is subtle enough that I almost missed it, but it does round out the strawberry nicely. Brewed it a few times and the flavor fades fast after the first steep, so it’s not the most economical for daily drinking. Fine for a casual cup when I want something light and fruity.
