Descrizione: Summer Grey è una versione estiva morbida e delicata dell'earl grey. Un tè earl grey vellutato, simile a un Lady Grey o Afternoon Grey. Questa versione leggera dell'earl grey è più sottile del nostro Earl Grey Crème e French Grey.

Una miscela di tè nero di Ceylon vivace, avvolta tra strati di bergamotto italiano, delicata vaniglia cremosa e un tocco di scorza d'arancia. Un tè nero versatile, ottimo da solo, delizioso con limone, e che si sposa bene con latte e dolcificante.

Questo tè è perfetto come base per un London Fog: preparalo al triplo della concentrazione, aggiungi uno shot di sciroppo di vaniglia e/o lavanda, e latte vellutato.

Ingredienti: tè nero, bergamotto, vaniglia, arancia, fiordaliso

Istruzioni di infusione: infondere 1 cucchiaino colmo di tè per 240 ml di acqua bollente, 96-100°C, per 3-4 minuti
