Toto japonské nerezové sítko (2,5" průměr x 6" délka) rozbíjí hrudky v prášku matcha před šleháním, čímž zajišťuje hladkou a krémovou konzistenci, kterou si matcha zaslouží. Bez prosévání získáte hustý a zrnitý výsledek místo charakteristické pěnové konzistence. Vlhkost a chladné skladování často způsobují hrudkování, takže tento nástroj je vaším řešením pro dokonale připravenou matchu pokaždé.
Didn't think a strainer could make this much difference, but the clumps really do vanish and my matcha comes out velvety instead of gritty. The stainless steel mesh is fine enough to catch everything, and the 6-inch handle gives me a good grip over the bowl.
Sifting my matcha through this little strainer has honestly changed my mornings — no more bitter clumps sinking to the bottom of the cup. The stainless steel mesh is fine enough to catch even the stubborn bits, and the 6-inch handle keeps my fingers clean.
I didn't realize how many clumps my matcha had until I started sifting with this. The stainless steel mesh breaks them up in seconds and my whisked tea comes out noticeably creamier, no gritty bits at the bottom.
